EU COUNCIL
The European Council (EC) is the principal of the four main institutions of the European Union (EU), responsible for determining the EU’ s political direction, without getting tied up in the details of law-making, which are left to its sister institutions: the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, and the European Commission (European Union, 2025b). It is composed of the heads of state or government of all EU members in order to promote high-level political cooperation between EU members (European Union, 2025a).

Outside of committee, Jubilee is passionate about healthcare and the pharmaceutical world, with a strong interest in how science connects to global impact. She’s a Yoga teacher and a lifelong dog lover, with 7 dogs. She’s looking forward to meeting everyone at BathMUN 2025.
