BATHMUN runs from the early afternoon of Friday 21st November to the late afternoon of Sunday 23rd November. The conference also features a casual social on Friday evening and a black tie social on Saturday evening.

University of Bath room numbers are structured as followed. Building Code / Floor / Room No. For example, 4W2.7 is the 7th room on the 2nd floor in 4 West and CB3.9 is the 9th room on the 3rd floor of the Chancellors' Building.
